Because everything we ship has been manufactured specifically to your specifications, please pay particular attention to the advertised lead time for the product you’re interested in ordering. For more information on how to calculate lead times please see our Help Center.
UPS is the only shipping carrier we’re currently offering. We do not markup shipping cost nor do we add any handling charges; our costs are your costs.
For shipping to Canada and Mexico the following options are available:

Worldwide Expedited (2-5 Business Days)
Note that there may be some customs charges depending on delivery country rules. The customer will be responsible for the customs charges.
Return / Refund Policy
Bay Area Circuits guarantees your finished boards will be manufactured per your drawings, artwork, and purchase order within the specifications of IPC 600 G. Bay Area Circuits, at Bay Area Circuits’ option, will repair or replace defective boards at no charge or credit your account. Your requirements must be in writing and approved by Bay Area Circuits prior to manufacturing. Unacceptable boards must be returned to Bay Area Circuits within 30 days of delivery before replacements, repairs, or credits can be authorized. In the event of unacceptable boards, Bay Area Circuits assumes liability for bare boards only. In no event shall Bay Area Circuits’ liability exceed the original purchase order. This warranty is expressly in lieu of all other warranties, expressed or implied. Bay Area Circuits neither assumes nor authorizes any other person to assume for it any other liability in connection with services rendered.
In the unlikely case of a delay in delivery caused by the shipping carrier, Bay Area Circuits will provide a refund of the shipping cost.

Do we use "cookies"?
We may contract with third-party service providers to assist us in better understanding our site visitors. These service providers are not permitted to use the information collected on our behalf except to help us conduct and improve our business.

We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer to outside parties your personally identifiable information unless we provide you with advance notice, except as described below. The term "outside parties" does not include MAPi Cases. It also does not include website hosting partners and other parties who assist us in operating our website, conducting our business, or servicing you, so long as those parties agree to keep this information confidential. We may also release your information when we believe release is appropriate to comply with the law, enforce our site policies, or protect ours or others' rights, property, or safety.
However, non-personally identifiable visitor information may be provided to other parties for marketing, advertising, or other uses.
How can you opt-out, remove or modify information you have provided to us?
To modify your e-mail subscriptions, please let us know by modifying your preferences in the "My Account" section. Please note that due to email production schedules you may receive any emails already in production.
To delete all of your online account information from our database, sign into the "My Account" section of our site and remove your shipping addresses, billing addresses & payment information. Please note that we may maintain information about an individual sales transaction in order to service that transaction and for record keeping.

We therefore have no responsibility or liability for the content and activities of these linked sites.
